Prices are quoted CPT* - Cape Town.
HP & Acer Branded Solutions are CPT* - any destination in South Africa.
Prices are volatile and subject to change without notification.
All prices include 14% VAT.
Prices are quoted per each unit.
All published prices are indicative only.

Payment Terms are strictly COD, per Bank Notes, Bank Guaranteed Cheques, Internet Banking or Telex (Wire) Transfer.

Payment with order is required for direct delivery to remote clients.

Ownership of the goods, remain the property of Hersey & Associates until paid for in full.

Cancelled orders may incur a handling charge.

WARRANTY

All product warranties are limited to those warranties offered by the respective suppliers.
Supplier warranties are generally limited to the manufacture date.
Terms of the suppliers take precedence over anything that we may erroneously quote elsewhere to the contrary.

5-year : Memory & Network Cards
3-year : Processors, Motherboard (including all on board components), Monitor & Certain upgrade options on Hard Disk Drives.
1-year : 1.44MB "Stiffy" FDD, Graphics Cards, Hard Disk Drives, Keyboards, Modems, Mouse, Optical Drives (CD ROM, Re-Writers & DVD) & Speakers.

Acer Desktop Computers : 1-year South African Carry-In warranty - Direct with Acer's Appointed Service Agents

  • Warranty can be upgrade to 3-year NBD (Next Business Day) On-Site warranty on computer & 3-year Carry-In warranty on monitors.

    Acer Notebook (Laptop) : 1-year South African Limited Carry-In, 1 year International Travellers Limited Carry-In

  • Upgrade option for 3-year South African Carry-In Warranty (limited on AC Adapter & Battery to 12 months)

    HP Compaq Desktop / Workstation : 1-year South African NBD (Next Business Day) On-Site Warranty

  • HP Warranty can be extend to 3-year NBD (next Business Day) On-Site warranty

    HP Compaq Laptops : 1-year South African & International Carry-In Warranty

  • HP Warranty can be extend to 3-year NBD (next Business Day) On-Site warranty (limited on Battery to 12 months)

    Software : 3-month Limited Warranty against defects with distribution media

    All Other Items : 1-year unless specifically indicated to the contrary

    Usually ex-stock Johannesburg (2 - 3 working days) subject to prior sale, thereafter subject to confirmation.
